If talent had a sound, Adcash Awards 2025 would’ve shaken the walls. Among all the names called that night, @kadrilahi echoed more than once. Just one year with us, three nominations, and two awards already on her shelf. We spoke to her about navigating legal in a fast-moving adtech world and what helped her rise that fast.👇

I’m a legal advisor, working with almost every department to support ambitious goals with confidence. No two days are the same, but the goal is the same: to remove legal blockers, manage risks, and help teams make things happen.

I am the first in-house lawyer hired by Adcash, and I think this helped me stand out from the beginning. I thrive in supportive environments, and from day one, I felt very welcome, which helped me talk to people, ask questions, and figure out how I could bring value. Also, I’m very competitive.

Things move quickly and are much more agile in tech. This includes regulations that apply to us. Although adtech has long been subject to various regulations, it has often operated in a regulatory grey area due to a lack of clear, adtech-specific rules. This requires us to be ready for new regulations to come our way.

I don’t usually reminisce about past achievements, but at work, it was definitely digitizing our contract signing and starting a padel training group at Adcash. Both equally important 😁

This year’s Gala felt straight out of a Bond movie, and who knew it would fit us so perfectly. Poster-worthy outfits, smooth moves on the dance floor, the whole room glowing with glamour and elegance. Safe to say we hit the jackpot that night. ♥️🎰

At the start of the year, the marketing team headed off-site for three days in a real winter wonderland. We reflected on the past, dreamed bigger, and mapped out bold plans for what’s next. Three days in the forest that brought us closer and set the tone for the whole year. ❄️✨

@igbaffiliate & @icegamingglobal felt like stepping straight into the future of the industry. And for a few days, Barcelona was exactly that. Key partners, new faces, inspiring conversations, and next-gen energy all under one roof. Couldn’t ask for a better way to start the year. 💎🚀

Last event of the year? Check. ✅ @awconferences brought the heat and closed 2025 on a high note. Huge shoutout to our partners who shared the moment with us. Now onto the next chapter. ⚡

One magical night, our Tallinn office transformed into Hogwarts. 🪄🏰

Wizards, witches and muggles filled the corridors, professors kept the Houses in line, and even Dementors and You-Know-Who dropped by the celebration. Spells were cast, potions brewed, Houses challenged each other, and the magic felt real.🦉
