Meet our gentle giant, Siim 💪🏻

He leads the team that quite literally builds our business.

He’s a leader to three, a friend to all! Fun fact: he was voted “Most Friendly” in high school!

His mornings run like clockwork. And so does his code 💻 

When he gets to his desk, it’s 50% tasks, 50% gifts. Some may call it his desk of love.

To lead a team that’s on TOP of the game, you have to stay on top of everything.

Story time: Kaan was the Team Lead that recruited Siim. Fast forward to today - Siim has taken the flag, with Kaan smiling proudly in the background. Now it’s up to Siim to lead the team to Ramen-Taco-Tuesdays©️

Apart from all the coding, being a dev requires a lot more talking than you’d think. How else would they know what to code, fix or update? With lots of talking. Code is a language after all.

And when he isn’t coding or talking, catch him playing padel at the end of the day!

Thursday, off to Vango Wonderland, car full of grill food. By Friday, they were sauna-soft, sleep-deprived, and fighting for archery glory. In between? Charades until 2 am, lots of laughter, and a podium finish for Siim, Nick, and Emre. Even the rain couldn’t dim this one. 🏆

🏙️ Start with the big two. Explore Glasgow and Edinburgh, then trade city streets for country roads and head north.

🛣️ Drive the North Coast 500. Narrow winding roads, rocky hills, and views that’ll ruin every other road trip for you. Take it slow, though: the sheep have the right of way, and they know it.

☁️ Pack layers. You won’t just see the clouds in Scotland, you’ll drive right through them.

🏰 Castle hunting? Base yourself in the tiny village of Inverinate, just minutes from the fairytale-worthy Eilean Donan. Add Dunrobin to the list, and Outlander fans, Blackness Castle is calling your name.

⚡ Potterheads, the Glenfinnan Viaduct is the real-life Hogwarts Express bridge. And yes, you can see the train cross it.

🥃 Whisky (no “e,” please, you’re in Scotland now) is a must. Visit a distillery like Glengoyne for a tasting, and round it off with a few local beers.

🍽️ Pub food is king. Fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, and haggis, a savory pudding of minced sheep’s offal, oats, onion and spices. Don’t overthink it, just dig in!

⚓ The magic is in the in-betweens. Stop at the small towns and fishing villages along the way, where the locals are as warm as the weather isn’t.

🗣️ Scots are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet, even if you only understand every third word.

Bonus: take a quick London stop for the Harry Potter studio tour and a pint at Jeremy Clarkson’s pub in Cotswolds if you’ve got the time.🍺

Any country that picked a unicorn as its national animal was always going to be a little bit magical. 🦄 Scotland, you were worth every mile.

Meet Market opened things up Friday, then two solid expo days meeting familiar faces and a handful of exciting new ones. Our goodies were a hit, but the real highlight was the live music closing out every single night, the kind of energy that made three days feel like nowhere near enough. 🎶

She’s a massive cog in the incredible machine that is Support Ops

In her own words, she summons clarity from chaos. And she does it alone. Without her, a lot of our work genuinely falls apart. 

Her mornings start off simple. One thing though, nothing gets in the way of makeup meditation. Nothing. 

After coffee, she is finally at her desk of champions. Literally. Super well deserved trophy.

In her work, to get to the heart of what people need, you’ve got to meet them (or hunt them down until they meet with you). 

After the morning meetings, a lunch with Sevil is non-negotiable. It’s in both their contracts. 

When she isn’t in meetings, she’s editing. When she isn’t editing, she’s in meetings. If this feels like a lot, it’s because it is. 💪

How does she manage? With time alone to unwind and relax…

As Official AW Partners, we got everything @awconferences is known for: good people, great energy, and plenty of reasons to stay a little longer. Only this time, it came with a new location, the Caribbean right outside 🌊, and a very hard-to-beat Mexican vibe 🇲🇽.

Of course, the biggest highlight for us was seeing Marouan absolutely rock the main stage 🎤, bringing the real talk on sports traffic and scaling offers. World Cup examples, real spend, real results.

Cancún, you were amazing. ☀️ Hasta luego, see you next time!

☀️ Apparently, outdoing ourselves has become a Summer Day tradition.

Seaside breakfast, custom helmets, and 20km+ of biking through forests and the city, just a warm-up. 🚲 We made tiramisu and pizza from scratch for lunch, then built birdhouses cliffside because apparently we needed a new hobby. 😎 Then closed it out with drinks, sauna, and a karaoke van where we very much felt the rain on our skin. 🎤

One day, with way more #WildAboutAdcash memories than we expected. 💛

Battled deadlines all quarter. Battled gelato all week. 🍨

Our Barcelona team spent four days of pure Mediterranean bliss enjoying the sun, the sea, and the delicacies. From food markets that offer a bite of Sicily to the sea that showed the dreamy Palermo coastline, the bonding experience was nothing short of magical. 🌊

We’ll definitely be back! 🍋
