What is the Client API? 

At its core, the Client API is simple:

It’s a piece of code that allows you to create and modify your campaigns without needing to log in to the advertising platform

The majority of things that you could do from the Adcash platform can now be done quickly, easily, and more flexibly than before. Processes, such as starting or pausing a campaign, or scheduling bids to be updated, have now been condensed into a single request. 

What is an API?

API stands for Application Programming Interface. Think of an API as a messenger between two systems. Instead of you clicking around a platform, you send a small request through a token – like “pause this campaign” or “create a new one” – and the system does it for you. You have to create your token from your account.

If the Adcash platform is the control panel, the API is a remote control. Same actions, same results, just done from wherever you are. Read the Get Started guide for more help.

Once you have gone through all the steps in creating your API, things will get a lot simpler. Our Client API will reduce campaign creation to one button. With it, you can build complete campaigns from zero without touching the interface. Every setting you’d normally click through, you can now generate automatically.
