Event Recap: AWA Bangkok 2025
AWA Bangkok 2025: Ending the Year With a Bang
AWA Bangkok 2025 delivered exactly what an end-of-year industry event should: smooth execution, high-quality crowds, and conversations that didn’t waste anyone’s time. A great venue, and a location that practically did PR for the event all by itself.
The floor felt busy in a good way with new clients approaching us like they were on a carousel. When inbound traffic is that strong, you know the event chemistry is right.
📆Date: December 3-4, 2025
📍Place: Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭
🏟️Venue: Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre, Bangkok, Thailand
WHO WAS THERE & WHAT THEY WANTED
Big global names, a genuinely international mix, and people who arrived ready to talk business, not “explore options.” Language was never a problem. If lack of English blocked business, no one gave up. Translation apps came out and strategy continued strategizing.
The whole space felt approachable and energetic. New clients appeared without prompt, wanting to discuss monetization angles, traffic sources, and immediate opportunities.
This wasn’t a “check the box” event. Attendees showed up with intent.

KEY TRENDS
AWA made one thing very clear: iGaming is still running the show. The floor was packed with new brands, with Asian operators especially visible and aggressively expanding. The vertical is evolving, scaling, and staying hungry, especially in countries where it remains unregulated.
E-commerce also showed renewed strength, pushing back against the idea that it’s a saturated or fading vertical. The interest was real, the questions were practical, and the intent to test and scale was obvious.
AWA Bangkok was one of many recent events, where we’ve noticed a continued increase in AI girlfriend/wife products. At this point, they’re definitely not a flash in the pan, but here to stay. And making money while they’re at it. Definitely a space to keep watching.
THE VIBE CHECK
Bangkok nailed the atmosphere. If warm nights and some of the best skyline views weren’t enough, there was a really special end-of-year vibe. Just the right touch of looseness without losing business focus.
Conversations were fluid. Everyone seemed genuinely motivated. It was one of those events where you meet so many people that you physically can’t get through them all; a good problem for any sales team.

FINAL VERDICT
AWA Bangkok proved once again why it’s a staple event in the affiliate world: high-quality attendees with real commercial momentum.
It’s the kind of event that hands you opportunities. Just act on them quickly. The leads are warm, the appetite is strong, and the window to convert is short.
For us, AWA was a powerful year-ender and a reminder that the right crowd matters more than the biggest one. See you in 2026!

Good writing should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. I obsess over word choice so you don’t have to.
