FAQ
Do I need to move my adult traffic to WYNQ?
WYNQ is the platform intended to continue monetising adult traffic as Adcash exits the adult vertical.
Publishers should migrate their adult traffic to WYNQ as part of the transition. The migration is straightforward, with dedicated support available throughout the process.
If you encounter an issue during migration, the WYNQ team will work with you to resolve it.
Can I run Adcash and WYNQ at the same time?
The recommended setup is to migrate your adult traffic to WYNQ rather than run both monetisation setups simultaneously.
Publishers should remove their existing Adcash adult ad code and implement the WYNQ code. This enables WYNQ to be responsible for monetising your traffic.
Running both setups simultaneously may affect monetisation performance and make it more difficult to evaluate your WYNQ setup accurately.
Can I use WYNQ on all of my adult sites?
Yes, provided the sites comply with WYNQ’s Terms of Service.
Publishers can use WYNQ across their eligible adult sites without needing to limit the migration to a single website.
Who will support me after migration?
You will receive dedicated WYNQ account management and support.
Our team can assist with implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing monetisation optimisation. Check the WYNQ website for support and contact information.
How long does migration take?
WYNQ is designed to make migration straightforward. Since multiple formats can be managed through a single implementation, you don’t need to add separate code for each format.
The exact migration time depends on your website setup, but the WYNQ team will support you throughout the process.
Will my existing setup be replicated?
Your existing setup can be reviewed and replicated where appropriate, but migration is also an opportunity to optimise it.
The WYNQ team can review your current setup and identify opportunities to improve your configuration, formats, or overall monetisation strategy.
Do I need to implement a separate Pop script?
No.
The WYNQ verification tag already functions as the ad tag.
Publishers do not need to implement a separate pop script. Once the WYNQ code is implemented, supported formats can be managed directly from the publisher platform.
Essentially, one implementation provides access to multiple monetisation formats.
What payment methods are available and what are the terms?
WYNQ currently supports bank transfer, crypto, and Paxum. WYNQ can offer Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms. Payments can be requested weekly. Please talk to support to discuss which one is possible for you.
Does WYNQ support multiple ad formats?
Yes.
WYNQ supports multiple formats through a single implementation.
Publishers can easily enable or disable supported formats directly in the platform without implementing separate tags for each format.
Does WYNQ accept traffic from all GEOs?
Yes.
WYNQ accepts traffic from all GEOs, subject to the platform’s standard Terms of Service and traffic requirements.
Can I see detailed performance statistics?
Yes.
Publishers have access to detailed statistics directly through the WYNQ publisher panel.
This allows you to monitor your traffic, ad performance, revenue, and other relevant monetisation metrics.
What happens to my adult traffic on Adcash?
Adcash is gradually exiting the adult vertical, while WYNQ is being developed as the dedicated platform for adult traffic monetisation.
Publishers should therefore transition their eligible adult traffic to WYNQ as part of the migration.
